- 2 cups of P.A.N. Precooked White Corn Meal.
- 2 ½ cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
In a bowl, add the water, salt and P.A.N. Precooked White Corn Meal P.A.N. little by little. Mix for 2 minutes until a smooth dough is obtained. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Split the dough into 8-10 equal portions, form into balls and flatten with the palm of your hands to form 10-12 cm disks.
On a griddle over medium heat, grill 5 minutes on each side. Open with a knife on one side and stuff with the filling you desire while still hot.
Suggestion: the griddle or frying pan can be lightly greased with oil.
