Preheat oven to 170°C.
In a container, mix the P.A.N. Precooked White Corn Meal, baking soda and salt.
Using an electric mixer, beat the butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy, then add the vanilla and add the egg and continue beating.
Add the P.A.N. Precooked White Corn Flour, the chocolate drops and the oatmeal. Mix to thoroughly combine.
Place on a baking sheet 1 tablespoon of the cookie mixture separated by 4 cm on each side, flatten gently.
Bake at 170° C for 15 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
Let it cool on a wire rack.
