Preheat the oven to 180°C and place 2 baking trays covered with waxed paper in the oven.
Add the eggs and sugar and mix well. Slowly add the P.A.N. Precooked White Corn Meal, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the rest of the chocolate chips or drops.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Using a spoon, place portions of the mixture on the tray leaving 4-5 cm of separation between cookies. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cracks appear on the cookie surface.
